15-hour microcredential series
A rigorous microcredential series grounded in the Science of Reading, designed to build deep instructional knowledge across your literacy teams. Educators complete 15 hours of targeted professional learning covering phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension — emerging with both credential and classroom-ready strategies.

A coaching model designed to support educators in how and when they need it — flexible, accessible, and safe. Each participant works with their personal Grit & Excellence coach toward their desired goal in a 6-week cycle.
During coaching days, Eos Learning's Grit & Excellence Coaches work formally or informally with small groups of educators, coaches, paraprofessionals, and/or administrators. Content and structure are collaboratively developed between Eos Learning and the site/district team.
